They are harvested in mid-November and squeezed less than 12 hours later. The production methods are 100% natural and certified by the European norms for organic agriculture and production of Biological Extra Virgin Olive Oil. They are then stored on site and were bottled in May of this year. The result is an Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a marked green olive flavor, slightly spicy and with an interesting complexity.
Suitable to be eaten raw, in special fish dishes, aromatic salads, gourmet cheeses, or to soak in bread. Experts may want to use it in desserts.
