Smoked Vegetable Sausage, Alheira type. Smoked product, based on bread, tofu, seitan and vegetables such as carrots, red peppers, onions and mushrooms, seasoned with garlic, wine, olive oil and spices.

Consumption
Edible wrapping. Ready to eat, preheat the oven to 180º or grill the sausage 7 minutes on each side.

Conservation
Room temperature in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in a refrigerated place for a maximum of 3 days, preferably unopened.
