1. SCOPE AND DURATION

1.1 - The giveaway "No Waste Box" is a promotional action developed by Unique Flavours, in order to reduce food waste and make a reuse of perishable products that, not meeting the parameters for sale, will be awarded to the followers who participate according to the requirements stipulated in the regulation.

1.2 - To participate, you will have to follow the instructions expressed in the publication of the hobby on Instagram: www.instagram.com/uflavours.store

End date: October 1, 2020, by 11:59 pm

Drawing date: November 2 2020

2.FORM OF PARTICIPATION

To participate, users must:

2.1 - Follow @uflavours.store

2.2 - Like the post

2.3 - Identify 3 friends in the comment section of the post who you think would like to receive this hamper

2.4 - Each participant can participate more than once as long as the identification of the friends is different.

3.2 - Detailed information about the delivery of the prize will be communicated in full to the winner after the conclusion of the contest by e-mail.

3.3 - The prize is free of any charge or burden to the winner, being all its costs borne by the promoter of this hobby.

3.4 - The prize described may be subject to exchange for others of equal kind or nominal value.

4. SELECTION OF THE WINNER AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

4.2 - The winner will be announced on the Instagram page UFlavours.store on November 2, 2020.

4.3 - The winners must provide the necessary data for subsequent delivery of the prize.

4.4 - Unique Flavours is not responsible for the lack of veracity of the personal data of the participants, which will result in the cancellation of the award.

4.5 - Unique Flavours is not responsible for any technical failures that may occur during the period in which the contest will be active on its Instagram page.

5. COMMUNICATION

5.1 - This hobby will be broadcast over the Internet on Instagram page @Uflavours.store and Unique Flavours is obliged to comply with the provisions of Article 11 of Decree Law No. 330/90, 22 January, as amended by Decree-Law No. 275/98 of 10 February.

6. DATA PROTECTION

6.1 - Will be collected personal data of the winner under the compulsory provision of data, name, location and e-mail, to participate in the hobby. In accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, including Law No 67/98 of 26 October and Law No 41/2004 of 18 August. The hobby in question requires the knowledge and acceptance of the following points:

1. a) All participants accept that the provision of data is necessary and mandatory

for the purpose of processing the hobby, determining the winner and delivery of the prize. The data will be processed automatically and exclusively under the responsibility of Unique Flavours, and subsequently archived by the same. The data will be stored in an electronic file to be used only in the management and implementation of this hobby.

1. b) The Unique Flavours ensures the possibility of access, rectification and cancellation of data to participants who so desire and communicate it.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

7.1 - Unique Flavours reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel this hobby, if there are situations of force majeure, without this implying any compensation to participants.

7.2 - Any participant who acts in bad faith and participates in the hobby using false information, thus vitiating the hobby, will be excluded from it.

7.3 - In case of fraudulent participation, Unique Flavours reserves the right to exclude the participant and cancellation of the respective prize. Participations considered fraudulent will be reported to the competent authorities and may be subject to legal action. Unique Flavours reserves the right to adopt the measures that may be appropriate to prevent any conduct of which Unique Flavours, Lda suspects that has the purpose or effect any attempt to act fraudulently in relation to this promotion or in breach of its rules or to the detriment of other participants, whose first and immediate consequence will be the exclusion of the participant and the loss of any right to the prize that had eventually obtained.

7.4 - If a situation not provided for in this regulation occurs Unique Flavours will fill the gap in accordance with the spirit underlying this Regulation, reserving the right to make any changes in the conduct of this hobby and extend or suspend it without notice.

7.5 - Unique Flavours will not be liable for any human or technical error, which may occur during the process of the hobby.

8. RESOLUTION OF CONFLICTS

8.1 - Any dispute or question arising between the parties relating to the interpretation or application of this contest will be submitted to the courts of the district of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other, unless otherwise provided by law.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS

9.1 All participants in these contests implicitly accept the terms and conditions established in this regulation.

9.2 The winners agree to assign the image rights of their participation and enjoyment of the prize, images that may be used by the brand for editing and reproduction by any means.

10. INFORMATION AND CLAIMS

10.1 Any requests for information, complaints or additional questions related to the contest should be made by private message, through Unique Flavours' instagram page.
