Do I need a customer account to make a purchase?

You do not need to register to make a purchase at Unique Flavours. Just enter your data in the order confirmation step. However, by creating the customer account in addition to having your data stored and facilitate the process of the next purchases you can receive our newsletters with our exclusive offers and promotions.

How can I create an account?

The registration process is very simple:

  1. Access the area "Login/Create Account (My Account)"
  2. Fill in your details (First Name, Last Name, E-mail and Password)
  3. Your account is created. You will receive a confirmation message in your e-mail.

You can also create an account when you complete your first purchase:

  1. Checkout in your shopping cart.
  2. Fill in the details with the address where you wish to send your order
  3. If you wish to receive news and promotional campaigns by e-mail simply tick the box "I want to receive news and offers
  4. Check the box "Save this information for next time".

Whenever you want to edit your information you can do so by accessing your "My Account" area. If you wish to delete your account, simply contact our Customer Service Department at

How do I find a product?

To find a product you can use our search box located at the top of our site. You can also browse through the existing categories of the online store, where you will find all the products. You can also find the desired product through our filters.

How to make a gift purchase?

If you want to offer a basket or other product to a friend or relative just follow these steps:

  1. Choose the products you want to offer;
  2. At the checkout, write the address where you want the gift to be delivered;
  3. Before making the payment enter your billing information so we can send the invoice to your e-mail. You must "Use a different billing address".
  4. Write a personalized message and send it to the e-mail It will be placed with your order.

Where do I put my promotional codes and discount coupons?

If you have a coupon or discount code, you should follow the steps below:

  1. You must enter that coupon code when you make your purchase, during checkout.
  2. The discount value will be displayed after you submit your code.
  3. If you receive information that the coupon is invalid, please check its validity.

What means of payment do you accept?

Credit Card

Select this payment method and you can pay with VISA. The payment is processed by the STRIPE service. Your card data is protected by this worldwide company's protocol and is governed by European Banking standards. Please be advised that under no circumstances Unique Flavours will store your credit card information.


Payment by Paypal is a secure method, used worldwide. For more information about this payment method, visit Note: Unique Flavours does not store any login data of the customer's Paypal account.

ATM Reference

Select this payment method and at the end of the order you will be presented with a reference for payment of your order. You can make payment at any ATM or through your homebanking service.


MBWAY is an application from SIBS (the company that manages the Multibanco network) that offers an interbank solution for immediate purchases and transfers through a smartphone cell phone or tablet. By associating your cell phone number with your bank card you can send, receive and request money, split bills, make purchases online and in physical stores, with QR Code MB WAY. (Visit the MB WAY website and find out how to join this new service).

When paying for your order choose the MBWAY option and enter the mobile number associated with your MBWAY.

A confirmation request is sent to the MBWAY app, associated with your number, which you should do within the time indicated.

Once you have completed the process, your order will have been paid successfully.

Bank Transfer

This option is not available on our site but, as a last resort, you can request from Customer Support the payment details of your purchase. You only have to identify the number of your order and after payment you should send the proof to

Do you charge a fee for payment?

No. The service is free, you only pay for the product and shipping costs in orders under 40€.

How do you refund payment in case of return?

You can always return a product, in case of dissatisfaction, up to 14 days after purchase. If there is any damage to the merchandise you should register it by image and send it to our customer support at

In this case, our Customer Support will be in contact to articulate the return of any amounts in the same way as the initial payment was made. If it was by MB or MBWay we will ask for your IBAN. There is also the option of returning the amount via a refund coupon that can be used on a future purchase.

How long does it take to deliver?

Portugal Continental

Once your order has been shipped, Unique Flavours guarantees a delivery time of one working day (24h), except if the delivery address is in a remote area. In this case, the delivery time may be two working days (48h). In case the customer chooses temperature-controlled transportation, the delivery time may extend beyond 48h.

Madeira and Azores

The delivery time may be 5 to 6 working days to São Miguel and Funchal, and 9 to 15 days to other islands of the archipelagos.


The order may take 2-3 days after leaving the warehouse. In the case of countries that are not part of the European Union, the shipping time may be longer given the customs policy of each country.

Note: All orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation.
