For this end of March, nothing better than to take advantage of the seasonal vegetables and take advantage of what the climate offers us.
We now share a delicious recipe for Cauliflower Croquettes, suggested by the blog Petiscos e Miminhos, which besides being easy, is a healthy and light option for the warmer days ahead.
Ingredients
- 200gr grated cauliflower
- 4 tablespoons of grated cheese (We recommend the Cured Sheep Cheese with Oregano from Lactiser)
- 1 egg (size L)
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon oregano (Salsa BIO- Cantinho das Aromáticas)
- Salt and pepper
How to Prepare
Mix well all the ingredients in a bowl. Shape into small balls, one tablespoon per unit. Allow to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 20 minutes. They can be kept in the refrigerator for about 2 days.
