- 2 sweet potatoes
- 20g garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
- 4 leaves of Portuguese cabbage
- 2 cans of sardines in teriyaki sauce
- Seeds of your choice
- 1 natural yogurt
- Pepper to taste
- 80g parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chives
- Cheese optional
Method of preparation:
Start by boiling the sweet potatoes in their shells in a pot of boiling water. In the same water, scald the cabbage and set aside. Next, sauté the onion, the leek and the eye with olive oil. Remove the inside of the potatoes and mix in a pan with the sardines in teriyaki sauce. Cut the cabbage into julienne strips, chop the parsley and put everything together. Stuff the potatoes again, season with pepper, seeds of your choice, and grated cheese on top if you like. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. At the end make a yogurt sauce with chives, yogurt and pepper and put it on top. Serve it.
