With the latest addition at Unique Flavours, we decided today to present a vegan recipe to show you how easy it can be to be an imperfect vegan/vegetarian, and adapt recipes with animal-free products.

Ingredients:
- Bay leaves
- Chopped Almonds qb
- 1 Chopped Seitan w/Tomato Daflori, you can find here.
- Salt (our suggestion, here.)
- Olive oil (our suggestion, here.)
- 160g Spaghetti (our suggestion, here.)
Directions:
Weigh the ingredients. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
As soon as the water starts to boil, add the pasta and when it returns to the boil cook it for 7 minutes, or until it is soft and pliable. Drain it and set it aside.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the chopped seitan and sauté it, add the spaghetti and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Pour into a deep dish, sprinkle with ammonia and mint leaves.
Suggestion:
Serve with a nice salad.
It tastes good.
